This Privacy Policy explains how Matrix Ecom LLC ("Matrix Ecom," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Cash Pass website at mycashpass.com, the Cash Pass Apple Wallet pass, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide. Such as your email address and the details you submit when you sign up, complete offers, or request a payout (for example, a PayPal address).
Automatically collected information. Such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and interactions with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Offer and reward activity. Records of the offers you complete, rewards you earn, your pass balance, and payout history, including data our Partners send us to confirm completions.
Apple Wallet registration data. When you add the pass, Apple Wallet provides us with a device push token and registration identifiers so we can update your pass and send pass notifications.

2. How we use information

to operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
to credit rewards, verify offer completions, process payouts, and keep your pass up to date;
to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
to communicate with you, including pass updates and support responses;
to measure advertising performance and comply with our legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We may share information with:

Partners and advertisers and offer networks, to verify and attribute offer completions and to measure conversions;
Service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, analytics, payout processors, and fraud-prevention vendors;
Advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure and optimize advertising, using identifiers and conversion events;
Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising measurement may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; see "Your rights" below.

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your session, prevent fraud, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service works.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain records in de-identified or aggregated form after that period.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. You may also remove the Cash Pass from Apple Wallet at any time to stop pass updates and notifications.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
